Angular version of the project was updated to v15.

Updated bootstrap to v5 from v3.

Refactored forms on "School Showcase" section, added validation, confirmation messages, and better error handling.

Fixes on image upload in "School Showcase" section, User Profile Picture, "Children" image, and "Contact Information" image.

Fixed an error in "Children" form where allergies were saved under "Special Conditions."

List of states is now hardcoded (instead of loaded from database).

"Allergies" layout (in the "Children" section) changed to list instead of plain text field.

Fixed an error on "Online Applications" page.

Fixed PDF generation on invoices and attendance report.

Minor bug and fixes.
